Judgingfromwhathasbeenarguedabove,wehavecometorecognizethattheharmsarisingfromindiscriminatedevelopmenthasbeen,likethepandora'sbox,thecripplingforceoffollowingthevaluesofscientificdevelopment.Itis,therefor,imperativethateffectivestepsshouldbemadetolaymuchemphasisontheharmstriggeredbytheblinddevelopment.Ononehand,thegovernmentshouldmakerelevantlawsandregulationstochannelconstructiontothetrackofvaluesofecologybalance,Ontheotherhand,weshouldenhancetheawarenessthatenvironmentalproblemscannotbeseparatedfromthoseofhumanwelfareandtheprocessofeconomydevelopmentingeneral.Onlybyundergoingthesemeasures,canwemakeoursociety,wherebirdsaresingingandflowersaregivingforththeirfragrancehereandthere,appealtoeveryone.
