英语中no与not的用法（no not用法区别）

在英语中经常用到否定形式，除了not,no之外，英语中还有其他的形式也可表达否定形式，下面是笔者对这些形式的总结。

1)用no和not：

Nosmokingisallowedhere.Notamanwasseen.

Hehasnobrothers.Heisnofool.

2)用形容词：farfrom,shortof,freefrom,differentfrom,last,poor,absent,

Itisfarfromthetruth.

Iamshortofmoney.ThisisthelastthingI'dliketodo.

3)用副词：hardly,scarcely,rarely,seldom,never,nolonger,not...anylonger(more),not...atall,nowhere,

4)动词：fail,neglect,miss,deny,ignore,refuse,keepfrom,protectfrom,dislike,preventfrom,exclude,forbid,wonder,lack,stop,

5)用连词：unless，wouldrather...than,otherthan,neither...nor,before,exceptthat,or,otherwise,

8)用句式：too...to,too...for,letalone,anythingbut,whynot,notso...as

9)用词缀:a-,ab-,anti-,de-,dis-,mal-,mis-,non-,in-,ob,under-,-less,-free.
